HINGES:

01. SINGLE HINGE

A robust central hinge made of custom-shaped stainless steel plates and precision bearings.

02. DOUBLE HINGE

Two sets of stainless steel arms are positioned at the top and bottom. A connecting bar ensures perfect alignment and stability between the arms.

03. Gimbal-joint

For door with reclined shape, a gimbal joint system joint is inserted at the connection between the hinges and the connection bar in order to achieve perfect movement.

Operating Modes

Pantograph doors can be manufactured with different levels of automation, depending on the intended use and the required level of comfort.

MANUAL

Opening and locking are manually operated. The locking pins are controlled by a quick-acting system operated through handwheels or handles rotation.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC

The door is automatic and operated through the electric actuator positioned at the bottom and connected to the hinge. The locking is manual using handwheels or handles.

SELF-LOCKING

It is the harmonious combination of locking and opening automations. The doors are entirely controlled by the electrical system made by our mechatronics department.
